Former head coach Maurice Linguist left Buffalo this offseason to become a co-defensive coordinator at Alabama. Soon after, the Bulls hired Pete Lembo, who was an associate head coach and special teams coordinator at South Carolina, to lead the program.
Linguist went 14-23 as the Bulls’ head coach the past three years. In 2023, they were 3-9 overall and 3-5 in the MAC.
If they’re going to make some strides and be more competitive in their conference, they’ll need to bolster their roster. And they’ve already brought in some standout transfers.
