I’m picking Liberty to win and cover the spread at -6.5. I’m also predicting the game will go Under 58.5 total points.
Jacksonville State has exceeded countless expectations so far this year. So maybe it’s not fair to count out the Gamecocks in this matchup.
But Liberty has played brilliantly in its first five games of the season. The Flames did show some weaknesses in a 21-16 win over Sam Houston last week, but I think they bounce back with a strong performance here. Jacksonville State’s defense will keep this a lower-scoring game, I believe, but Liberty will find a way to go 6-0.
