The sad fans were out in force once again this week as a number of schools dropped games that they either should have won or were expected to win. Kentucky continued a generation of futility by dropping their game against Florida at the death, while Iowa went down 21-19 to Penn State in a battle of teams that think they can do some damage in the Big Ten this season.
The great think about college football is that the next game is usually only ever a week away, but these fans will need some cheering up in the interim.
