I’m picking UNLV to win and cover the spread at +3. I also am predicting the game will go Over 47.5 total points.
Air Force has the best scoring defense in the Mountain West with 15.7 points per game allowed. But the Rebels are third in that category (24.3 points per game allowed) and are first in the league in scoring offense with 36.4 points per game scored.
I think UNLV is well-balanced, which will be important in a game like this. The Rebels, in my mind, should be capable of scoring often enough to win by a touchdown on the road.
