As anticipation builds, we look ahead to the upcoming year with our preseason Top 25.
How was this Top 25 ranking formed?
The HERO Sports FCS staff of Sam Herder, Daniel Steenkamer, and Zach McKinnell did individual Top 25s. Each slot was given a point total, and the three rankings were combined and ordered by total points.

Delaware and Missouri State are currently transitioning to the FBS, but they are still 2024 FCS members playing an FCS schedule. The two were eligible to be voted on for our Top 25.
