One of the top returning wide receivers in the FCS has entered the transfer portal.

Toure had a breakout junior season in 2019. He caught 87 passes for 1,495 yards and 13 touchdowns.

The 6-foot-3, 190-pounder broke NFL Hall of Famer Randy Moss’ 1996 FCS playoff record for receiving yards in a game with 303 against Southeastern Louisiana.

More than 100 FCS players transferred to the FBS for the 2020 season.
