One of the more anticipated FCS quarterfinal rounds is set.
No. 3 seed James Madison hosts No. 6 seed Montana at 6 p.m. CT Friday on ESPN2 in a beautiful matchup of FCS bluebloods.
On Saturday, No. 2 NDSU hosts No. 7 ETSU at 11 a.m. CT on ESPN in an MVFC-SoCon showdown we don’t often see.
The other two quarterfinal games are Saturday on ESPN+. Unseeded South Dakota State looks like a freight train but has to go to No. 5 Villanova for a 1 p.m. CT kick after this weekend’s trip to the other coast and playing No. 4 Sac State. Lastly, No. 1 and defending national champs Sam Houston hosts No. 8 Montana State at 7:30 p.m. CT in another battle of FCS bluebloods.
