List Of FCS Schools Opting In And Out Of The House Settlement For 2026-27

The House Settlement enters Year 2 in college athletics, and several more FCS schools have decided to opt in.

Opting in means the ability for schools to directly revenue-share with players, no longer facing scholarship limits but roster limits, moving NIL deals in-house, and more.

Below is a list of FCS schools opting in and out of the House Settlement in the 2026-27 academic year, per the College Sports Commission.
