Dallas Goedert is one of the hottest names when it comes to tight end and the 2018 NFL Draft, and the South Dakota State star was recently a guest on the NFL Network podcast "Move the Sticks" with NFL draft analysts Daniel Jeremiah and Bucky Brooks.

Jeremiah and Brooks analyze the draft class each and every season and took some time to talk about one of the most draftable players in all of the FCS this season.
So far this year Goedert has 33 receptions for 587 yards and three scores, and is averaging 83.9 yards per game. He's 7th in the Missouri Valley Football Conference with those 33 catches and fourth in yards per game among all receivers.
In his career do far at SDSU Goeddert has 393 catches for 2,464 yards and 17 touchdowns.
Goedert talked to Jeremiah and Brooks on the podcast about several topics, including his one-handed catch against Drake last year that hit the SportsCenter top 10:
“That catch that you’re talking about vs. Drake was a SportsCenter Top 5 or Top 10 play and it was really cool. I knew when I caught it that it was a really cool catch but I didn’t realize how cool it looked until it was on the video board and everyone was watching it and the whole place was silent then everyone started cheering. It was really cool seeing it. Once I saw it on the replay, I knew it was a great catch and it would kind of be all over everything.”
Goedert also talked about how SDSU models some of what it does after the Kansas City Chiefs, and he fills the role of Travis Kelce:
“We do a lot of things like the Kansas City Chiefs, I’ve watched quite a bit of Travis Kelce. I think I play quite a bit like him. There’s just a lot of different things he does, the way he moves, his running after the catch, and just a lot of things that I think my game resembles quite a bit.”
He also hit on some things you probably wouldn't have guessed — like his affinity for the unicycle:
“There was one day when I was looking through the JC Penney catalog for Christmas for what I wanted and I saw a unicycle and thought that would be really cool to try. I told my mom I wanted a unicycle and she said my grandpa actually has a bunch of them sitting in his shop so we went out there and got one. My mom and my sisters used to ride them all the time so she brought one out and just hopped right on and started riding it, and I’m like, ‘Man, I want to be able to do that.’ So I just got on and started practicing. My family has been riding in parades on the Fourth of July probably since I was 8 years old.”
