We've spent quite a bit of time through the first month of the season talking about how difficult it is figure out the CAA. Sure, we know what team sits on top, but how are we supposed to order the next seven or eight squads?

Thankfully, Week 6 should provide some answers for all of us. Stony Brook's lockdown defense travels to play the Tom Flacco-led Towson offense in our Game of the Week. Neither team has lost an FCS contest yet this season, which means the winner will have great inside positioning for a playoff berth.
Up north, there's a much anticipated matchup between Maine (2-2) and Villanova (3-2). Both teams own FBS wins; both teams are also trending in the wrong direction, with each sporting a two-game losing skid. Both teams have quarterbacks who are trying to recover from September shoulder injuries, too. The team that wins might be the team that can get the best 22 players on the field by the fourth quarter.
There are two noteworthy games in Virginia this weekend. The Elon Phoenix can make their case for a seed with a giant-slaying win against JMU in Harrisonburg. Down in Richmond, the Spiders host the Blue Hens in a Rocco Bowl Rematch of last year's 2OT thriller.

The CAA does seem like one of those leagues where anybody can beat anybody on any given Saturday, but this weekend's results might go a long way in structuring how these teams are framed for the remainder of the season.
