14: Tom Flacco, QB (Sr.) — Towson
Flacco (yes … his older brother is Joe) took the CAA and the FCS by storm last year. After starting his college career at Western Michigan from 2015-16 and playing at Rutgers in 2017, he transferred to Towson for the 2018 season and earned the starting QB role. Flacco also played on the 2019 Towson baseball squad and started 38 games in right field while hitting .221. He was selected in the 32nd round of the 2014 MLB Draft by the Philadelphia Phillies.
On the football field, Flacco lit it up last year. He started all 12 games for the Tigers, throwing for 3,251 yards (269-439), 28 touchdowns and 11 interceptions. He also led Towson with 742 rushing yards and added four touchdowns on the ground. The dual-threat playmaker ranked third in the FCS with 332.8 yards of total offense per game.

Flacco earned a ton of honors: CAA Offensive Player of the Year, All-CAA First Team, HERO Sports FCS All-American Third Team and a fifth-place finish in the Walter Payton Award voting.
The 6-foot-1, 208-pounder is set for another monstrous season with a ton of offensive weapons to work with. Flacco is on our Preseason All-American Second Team.
