FCS RECRUITING: Way Too Early 2019 Top 50 Recruits

FCS fans may think it's too early to talk about recruiting, but with the early signing period that was instituted, the world of FCS recruiting has accelerated and there are several programs that are already in double digits — as of June.

Using the 247Sports composite and each recruit's offer list (recruits who we could verify were committed to an FCS school), we created this list of the Top 50 commitments so far at the FCS level. First of all, more than 100 players are already committed to FCS schools, which is way up compared to two years ago when only a dozen or so were already on board. Also, 9 of these commitments are reporting they have Power Five conference school offers, yet have opted for the FCS level. This is also an interesting trend.

So take a look at the Top 50 FCS commitments so far. This is something we will follow through February 2019.
