Throughout the May-August months, HERO Sports is going to name the best returning FCS player by jersey number, 99-1. Due to rosters being updated at different times for teams across the country and to keep things consistent, jersey numbers are based on the 2019 season.

49: Nick Bisceglia, K (Sr.) — Robert Morris
It’s about time the special teams gets some love on this countdown.
Never underestimate the importance of a good kicker. And RMU has a terrific one in Nick Bisceglia.
A 2019 All-NEC First Team selection, Bisceglia went 33-for-33 in PATS and made 12 of 16 field-goal attempts. He earned NEC Special Teams Player of the Week honors twice last season and hit his second-career game-winning field goal against Saint Francis.
Bisceglia enters his senior season with 146 career points, which is fifth all-time at RMU.
