With spring ball well underway, we're getting our first looks at 2020 FCS teams. Between now and September, there will be a lot of predictions and projections based on what's coming back on paper. While putting together the database for "The Best Player In The FCS Who Wears Each Number, 99-1" countdown series that begins in May, I thought it'd be interesting to tally which teams in each conference have the most returning All-Conference players.
And I put it in article form to assist you all in your preseason debates and predictions.

Any returning player that had a 2019 on-field honor from their conference counts toward their team total, including honorable mentions and All-Newcomer Teams.
NOTE: Comparing teams across the FCS doesn't work because some conferences recognize a First, Second and Third Team, some only do two teams. Some conferences do honorable mentions, others don't. And All-Newcomers Teams aren't a thing in every conference. So comparing returning All-Conference players for a Big South team versus a Southland team isn't a fair argument.
