On August 31, 2013, Eastern Washington became the third FCS squad ever to knock off a ranked FBS opponent when it went into Corvallis and upset no. 25 Oregon State by the tally of 49-46. Jumping ahead to next season, Eastern Washington football's 2019 schedule reveals another prime opportunity to shock a ranked Pac-12 opponent.

EWU fans should mark down August 31 as the perfect opportunity to zip over to Seattle and see if the Eagles can pull a massive upset by beating the Washington Huskies.
After opening the season against last year's Pac-12 champs, the team will travel just slightly further when it heads some 2,600 miles east to face a Jacksonville State squad that advanced to the second round of the 2018 FCS playoffs.
As you may have noticed, the Eagles have only ten games scheduled as of early January. You can expect an additional non-conference September game to be announced during the offseason.
