39: Brandon Purdy, junior kicker — Montana

Purdy emerged as a top kicker in the FCS last season. His 88.2 field goal percentage ranked third nationally while Purdy's 1.36 field goals per game was seventh. He led the Big Sky Conference in both of those categories but was named on the All-Conference Third Team.

Purdy made 15 of 17 field goals and also hit 44 out of 47 extra points. He led the Grizzlies with 89 points, more than doubling Keenan Curran, who finished second with 42.

On the HERO Sports 2017 FCS Sophomore All-America Team, Purdy was named as an honorable mention.
