The countdown to the 2018 college football season is on. Four FCS teams are in action Aug. 25 as Duquesne takes on UMass, Prairie View faces Rice and North Carolina A&T and Jacksonville State square off in ESPN’s FCS Kickoff.

69: Chris White, senior offensive lineman — Murray State
White is entering his fourth year of starting on the offensive line for the Racers. His presence is felt, as he stands 6-foot-2 and weighs 321 pounds. He held his own and started all 11 games as a freshman in 2015. White started 10 games in 2016 and all 11 games last year.
White got a jump start on his college career to help him get into the lineup. He graduated high school early in 2014 and enrolled to Murray State in January. He was then able to participate in spring practices. Now a senior, White hopes to have his best year yet and land a well-deserved spot on the All-OVC team at the end of the year.
