The countdown to the 2018 college football season is on. Four FCS teams are in action Aug. 25 as Duquesne takes on UMass, Prairie View faces Rice and North Carolina A&T and Jacksonville State square off in ESPN’s FCS Kickoff.

17: Justice Shelton-Mosley, WR (Sr.) — Harvard
No matter how he gets the ball in his hands, you can bet Shelton-Mosley is going to make some magic happen. He averaged 110.7 all-purpose yards per game. He led the team with 36 receptions for 465 yards. He was the No. 1 punt returner in the FCS with 18.8 yards per return and two touchdowns. And he returned 12 kicks for 259 yards for an average of 21.6. Simply put, he does it all.
Shelton-Mosley earned All-American honors from STATS and Phil Steele and was an Ivy League First Team selection on special teams and Honorable Mention as a receiver. He's climbing the career record charts at Harvard, sitting in seventh all-time with 124 receptions and is sixth with 1,622 receiving yards.
Entering 2018, Shelton-Mosley is named on HERO Sports' preseason All-American First Team as a return specialist. He looks to become a three-time All-American by the end of the year.
