Matt Campbell and the Cyclones made 341 total offers to 2019 recruits (247Sports), the most in the Big 12 and 18th-most among all FBS programs. Twenty-two of those 341 offers were accepted, a commitment rate of 6.5 percent, the lowest in the conference and 15th-lowest in the country.
Oklahoma State, meanwhile, earned 21 commitments on only 115 offers, or 18.3 percent, best the Big 12 and 14th-highest in the country. The Cowboys are one of seven Big 12 teams who made fewer than 200 offers, meaning 70 percent of their teams offered fewer than 200 players, the highest percent in the country.
