Northeast 10
Ashton Grant, WR — Assumption
The Offensive Player of The Year for the NE20 in 2016, Grant returns looking to improve on a season that saw him haul in 919 yards and 13 scores. While those numbers may not stand out when compared to other receivers in the country, Grant should take a jump with Assumption's assumed deep playoff run that is ready to come.

Jared Chester, DB — LIU-Post
The first defensive player listed, Chester returns coming off of a year where he was named DPOY for the NE10 and recorded 7 interceptions to rank near the top of the nation. To get a Harlon Hill Trophy though, Chester will need at least a pick per game, and score at least four touchdowns. Even then it might be hard to get the award, as it has only been won by one defensive player in its history.

Andrew Jamiel, WR — Stonehill
The Rookie of The Year for 2016 in the NE10, Jamiel comes back to the program following an 843 yard season where he also scored 7 times. While it is hard to win the Harlon Hill as an underclassman, Jamiel represents one of the best bets in the conference to take a big leap in production, and therefore get more notice from voters around the country.
