Urban Meyer will not be USC head coach in 2020, says Kirk Herbstreit.
On Nov. 1, eight weeks after USC athletics director Lynn Swann resigned, capping two-plus years of disastrous decisions, Brett McMurphy reported that Meyer was "undoubtedly" USC's top choice to replace Clay Helton and the Trojans will do "whatever it takes to get him." Since then it's been a mess of USC doesn't want him, new athletics director Mike Bohn wants him, Meyer is done, and everything else in between.
