The 2018 NFL Draft is coming at us quickly now that we have witnessed yet another thrilling national championship. The yearly extravaganza will take place in Arlington, Texas, from Thursday, April 26 to Saturday, April 28 this year.
Over the span of three days, a whole host of former college football stars will find new homes where they will hopefully impress during the offseason and make a living playing on Sundays.
COMPARE: Brian O'Neill (2017) vs. Mike McGlinchey (2017)
This video from Cut Up Corner features Pittsburgh OT Brian O'Neill. O'Neill is not your typical tackle prospect. A wide receiver in high school, O'Neill was recruited to Pitt as a tight end, before redshirting and developing into a tackle. At 6-foot-6 and almost 300 pounds, O'Neill is too big to play as a pass catcher any more, but Pitt did use his skills on a couple of trick plays to get him touchdowns. He is athletically dominant at his position, but his strength is a question mark for some teams.
As one of those interesting prospects that no one quite knows where they will fall, expect O'Neill to disappear off of the board before most think he will.
