The 2018 NFL Draft is coming at us quickly now that we have witnessed yet another thrilling national championship. The yearly extravaganza will take place in Arlington, Texas, from Thursday, April 26 to Saturday, April 28 this year.
Over the span of three days, a whole host of former college football stars will find new homes where they will hopefully impress during the offseason and make a living playing on Sundays.
COMPARE: Fred Warner (2017) vs. Jack Cichy (2017)
This video from Ben Brave Productions features BYU LB Fred Warner. Warner has been projected as high as a second-round pick in some mock drafts, though most see him as more of a mid-to-late-round prospect. Warner will set much of his draft value at the NFL Scouting Combine because his ability to run at his size – 6-foot-4, 230 pounds – will be very important in the NFL. Warner could find himself used as a situational defender in sub packages where tall and rangy coverage linebackers are required.
