The 2018 NFL Draft is coming at us quickly now that we have witnessed yet another thrilling national championship. The yearly extravaganza will take place in Arlington, Texas, from Thursday, April 26 to Saturday, April 28 this year.
Over the span of three days, a whole host of former college football stars will find new homes where they will hopefully impress during the offseason and make a living playing on Sundays.
COMPARE: Kurt Benkert (2017) vs. Luke Falk (2017)
This video features Virginia QB Kurt Benkert. Benkert is one of those quarterback prospects that will likely to drop into the final rounds of the draft before being taken. In 2017, Benkert passed for 3,207 yards and 25 touchdowns with nine interceptions. His arm-strength is rated as above average and he has the ability to throw a good deep ball. His problems come with a lack of athleticism and field vision that sometimes gets locked in on a single read.
Don't be shocked to see Benkert made a roster as a late-round pick and eventually take some starting snaps in the NFL.
