The 2018 NFL Draft is coming at us quickly now that we have witnessed yet another thrilling national championship. The yearly extravaganza will take place in Arlington, Texas, from Thursday, April 26 to Saturday, April 28 this year.
Over the span of three days, a whole host of former college football stars will find new homes where they will hopefully impress during the offseason and make a living playing on Sundays.
This video from the ACC Digital Network features Virginia S Quin Blanding. Picking a player in the draft with a strong college pedigree is never a bad idea and that is exactly what some NFL team will get when they take Blanding off of the board, most likely on Day Three.
Blanding is Virginia's all-time leader in tackles with a massive 495 completed, a number that also ranks him as the sixth leading tackler in the history of the ACC. A safety that clearly likes to play in the box, Blanding also had four interceptions last season to show that he has skills in that aspect of the game too.
