The 2018 NFL Draft is coming at us quickly now that we have witnessed yet another thrilling national championship. The yearly extravaganza will take place in Arlington, Texas, from Thursday, April 26 to Saturday, April 28 this year.
Over the span of three days, a whole host of former college football stars will find new homes where they will hopefully impress during the offseason and make a living playing on Sundays.
COMPARE: Ray Lawry (2017) vs. Rashaad Penny (2017)
This video from Harris Highlights features Old Dominion RB Ray Lawry. If NFL teams are looking for a running back who put together a productive college career then they could do far worse than Lawry.
The ODU star finished his NCAA career with 4,080 rushing yards, an FBS level record in the state of Virginia. The downside here is that Lawry has a lot of miles on his clock, but any runner that was this productive will get a look in the NFL.
