Possible Future For Kevin Owens In WWE

Kevin Steen is a professional wrestler, who is currently signed with the WWE. Kevin Steen is known mainly by his ring name Kevin Owens.

Kevin Owens started his professional wrestling career back on May 7, 2000. He first wrestled as Kevin Owens when he joined WWE NXT, He debuted for the main roster in 2015 and is a one-time universal champion, two-time Intercontinental Champion and 3 time United States Champion.

Just recently Shane McMahon fired Kevin Owens from WWE SmackDown, Kevin Owens was the referee in the King Of The Ring Semi-Final match between Shane McMahon and Chad Gable. Shane McMahon lost to Chad Gable and decided to unleash his frustration on Owens, McMahon fired him right there and then.

The biggest question that arises from this situation is what happens to Kevin Owens Now, The biggest hint was dropped by Kevin Owens himself, Kevin tweeted “14-24-20”, which turn out to be NXT if we count all the letters in the alphabet.
So does this mean that the former NXT champion is going to go back to his former brand, Kevin Owens was a part of NXT from August 2014 to May 2015.

When Kevin Owens joined the WWE, he had already been wrestling for 14 years, and knew and was friends with many WWE and NXT Superstars.

Kevin Owens has quit and has been fired by WWE a few times now, and it doesn't seem to last very long. With Kevin Owens himself teasing about an NXT arrival, it would come as no surprise if we see Kevin Owens back in action in no time.

Kevin Owens was one of the most popular NXT Superstars and helped NXT become what it is today, NXT is about to air its debut show on the USA Network. Owens' presence would be a big boom for WWE NXT as Kevin is a popular and dependable superstar who would bring more credibility and more fans to the brand.

A fight between current NXT champion Adam Cole is something that the fans would love to see, As seen by Cesaro’s participation in the NXT UK Takeover: Cardiff when the main roster superstar competes in NXT, it attracts more fans towards the brand.

When Kevin Owens first debuted for WWE in its NXT brand, his first match was against CJ Parker at NXT TakeOver: R Evolution, Owens defeated Parker, but parker broke his nose during the match. Kevin Owens fought then NXT champion Sami Zayn on February 11, 2015. He defeated Zayn by repeatedly powerbombing him till the referee stopped the count. After that Owens Successfully defended his title against Fin Balor in March 2015.

During his first title reign in 2015, Kevin Owens held the title for 143 days, before losing to  Balor on July 4th. During his time as champion, he had feuds with Zayn, Balor, and Samoa Joe.

Kevin Owens is a popular and tried and tested NXT superstar, He has made a name for himself even in the main WWE roster and if Kevin Owen does really move to NXT, it would be a big boost to the NXT Brand.
