Clemson's stunning loss to Syracuse last night not only shook up the college football playoff landscape, but also it ended the longest current FBS winning streak at 11 games.
There's a new winning streak champion in town, and they reside out of the American Athletic Conference.

Believe it or not, the nation's longest current winning streak belongs to South Florida.

The last time USF tasted defeat was October 21 of 2016 when it lost 46-30 at Temple.

There's one school out there that has even more consecutive wins than South Florida, although it's at the FCS level.
James Madison is currently riding a 17-game winning streak going into today's showdown with Villanova.
