Jim Harbaugh: The man. The myth. The khakis.
The current Michigan head coach completely turned around Stanford when he was hired in 2007. From 1-11 the year before to finishing #4 in the AP poll 4 years later, the Cardinal have won 10 or more games 5 times in the past 6 seasons even after he departured in 2010.

And remember how bad the 49ers were before Harbaugh joined them in 2011? San Francisco hadn't made the playoffs in the previous eight seasons. With Jim manning the headsets, the 49ers immediately went to three NFC Championship games and the 2012 Super Bowl.
What other tricks does Mr. Khaki have up his sleeve as he prepares Michigan for another playoff run?
He's helping to deliver a baby calf.

The coach was visiting Fair Oaks Farms in Fair Oaks, Indiana this week when he came through with the assist — all while keeping his trademark pants spotless as usual.
Harbaugh's players are going to need to drink a lot of milk between now and September 2 as they prepare for an epic Week 1 showdown with the Florida Gators in Arlington's AT&T Stadium.
