In 2018, Michigan State didn't flop to a 3-9 record like they did in 2016, but the Spartans fell well short of preseason expectations with a seven-win campaign that included four games in which they failed to score more than seven points. It was the type of season you'd like to shove into a closet and point the attention elsewhere.
On Saturday morning, the Spartans achieved that. They pointed attention elsewhere, toward some of the ugliest uniforms in college football history.
