New Minnesota head coach P.J. Fleck isn't the only one working hard behind the scenes to help the Gophers win their first Big Ten championship since 1960.
As we showed you last week, Minnesota celebrated the birthday of Goldy the Gopher with these special helmets for its week one contest against Middle Tennessee.

The school recently released this awesome time-lapse video that shows just how much effort goes into decaling each and every helmet.
In fact, it took staff members 15 minutes for each lid.

Apparently the special helmets worked as the Gophers upped their record to 3-0 after dominating the Blue Raiders on Saturday 34-3.
