There have been glaring questions surrounding North Carolina quarterback Mitch Trubisky and his lack of experience heading into the NFL Draft.
Still, the former Tar Heels standout his gaining high praise from executives at the NFL Combine in Indianapolis, and one report says the Chicago Bears have Trubisky at the top of their list.

Walter Football NFL Draft Insider Charlie Campbell reported the Bears are in love with Trubisky.
It probably shouldn't be a surprise the Chicago brass is searching for a signal caller with the king of inconsistency Jay Cutler getting flaunted as trade bait and Matt Barkley looking like a massive unknown instead of a sure thing.
The question isn't if Chicago will draft a quarterback, but when?
I've been adamant in my stance on Trubisky. He has the tools necessary to thrive in the NFL — but one year as a starter in the ACC should raise major red flags.
Trubisky may have a leg up with the Bears though, considering his ability to take care of the football. The UNC signal caller threw just six interceptions in 2016, the fewest of any starting QB in the ACC.
Chicago hates interceptions and Cutler has 146 in his career. Remember the time Washington CB Deangelo Hall tied a NFL record for interceptions in a single game by picking off Cutler four times?
With all of the smoke and mirrors surrounding the NFL Draft, there's no telling how interested the Bears really are in Trubisky, but it feels like there's a good shot the former North Carolina passer falls off the board at No. 3.
