Clemson had one of the more difficult tasks facing a top 10 side on Saturday as they traveled to take on the No. 12 Virginia Tech Hokies in Blacksburg. This was the third top-15 opponent that the Tigers have beaten this September, as they again made a statement and looked like the reigning champs as they handled the atmosphere — and a very good Hokies' team — on the road.
Deshaun Watson may have led the Tigers to play for the last two National Championships, but this squad appears more dynamic and well-rounded than anything Watson had control of.
