With less than a month remaining until college football season kicks off, the ACC is doing a countdown of the top 30 players in the league. Today's video features Virginia Tech wide receiver, Cam Phillips.
As the focal point for the Hokies attack this fall, Cam Phillips is going to see a lot of passes thrown his way. The senior caught 76 passed for 983 yards in 2016 as part of a three pronged aerial assault that also included NFL rookies Isaiah Ford and Bucky Hodges. Phillips already ranks sixth in program history with 2,063 receiving yards for his career and a big senior season will shoot him up that list.
