With less than a month remaining until college football season kicks off, the ACC is doing a countdown of the top 30 players in the league. Today's video features Syracuse wide receiver, Ervin Philips.
Philips is a slot receiver extraordinaire in the Syracuse system. He is the leading returning receiver in the conference after catching 90 passes for 822 yards and six touchdowns last season. Expectations are high that Philps can surpass those numbers during his senior season.
