With less than a month remaining until college football season kicks off, the ACC is doing a countdown of the top 30 players in the league. Today's video features Virginia safety, Quin Blanding.
Blanding almost left for the NFL after his junior season at Virginia, but he is returning in 2017 to lead the Cavaliers defense. For his career, he has amassed 358 tackles from his safety spot and he will be looking to set a new school record by surpassing the 435 career tackles mark that Jamie Sharper has held for 20 years.
