With just a few days remaining until college football season kicks off, the ACC is doing a countdown of the top 30 players in the league. Today's video features North Carolina State TE, Jaylen Samuels.
While listed as a tight end, Samuels is actually much more of an H-Back in the NC State offense. Samuels is a Swiss Army Knife of a football player who does a little bit of everything and always does it well. This is a guy who scored 55 touchdowns on just 158 touches as a senior in high school and who has continued to make play after play as a college athlete.
