Isaiah Wright and Camion Patrick — brothers who played football at East Mississippi Community College — have been arrested and charged with homicide.
Patrick, 22, and Wright, 20, were both charged with one count of criminal homicide in connection with a fatal stabbing in Alcoa, Tenn., a city 20 minutes southwest of Knoxville, according to the Knoxville New Sentinel.
Patrick, once a Tennessee receiver commit, spent two years at East Mississippi Community College (EMCC), before transferring to Indiana, where he didn't see game action in 2015 and appeared in four games in 2016. He left the team but remained enrolled at the school.
Wright also played at EMCC and was a heavy focus during the second season of Netflix's Last Chance U. He once carried offers from Power Five programs but wound up at West Georgia after a series of injuries and sideline incidents. Wright participated in spring practice at the Division-II school before leaving the team.
Patrick was taken into custody on the Indiana campus on Wednesday, where he remains pending extradition to Tennessee. Wright, meanwhile, was arrested in Harriman, Tenn., and was awaiting transfer. Caleb Thomas Radford, 18, was found dead in Alcoa on July 25. He was stabbed several times.
