Steve Spurrier nabbed a phenomenal playmaker on Thursday as four-star receiver Kelvin Harmon pledged his services to BR-49 South Carolina. The 6-2, 196-pound four-star (Rivals) recruit from Palmyra, New Jersey, selected the Gamecocks over offers from West Virginia, North Carolina State, Rutgers and others.
