Answer: Old Dominion
Old Dominion played football from 1930-1941 before disbanding the program due to a variety of issues, including financial woes. The Monarchs returned in 2009 as an independent FCS team and joined the FBS in 2014.
Numerous ODU alums have played in the NFL but none have been drafted. And barring a surprising late-round selection of running back Ray Lawry, they will remain the only FBS program without a draft pick until at least 2019.
