Here we’re spotlighting Minnesota-Moorhead TE Damon Gibson, who had a monster junior year for the Dragons — 90 catches for 1,549 yards and 17 touchdowns — before an injury-shortened senior year that still produced 54 catches for 649 yards and three TDs. He even punted for the Dragons for parts of 2015 and 2016, totaling 70-plus punts.
