Alex Cappa, a 6-foot-7, 305-pound offensive lineman out of Division 2 Humboldt State, is making waves at the Senior Bowl and boosting his draft stock.

The Division 2 prospect is looking to join a long list of players to make the jump from D2 to the NFL. Last year six Division 2 players were drafted, including Adam Shaheen out of Ashland, who left after his junior season and was selected by the Chicago Bears in the second round. The other five players were drafted between the 4th and 7th rounds, and many more got a shot in undrafted free agency.
Six Division 2 players are on roster (practice squad/injured reserve/active roster) for the Philadelphia Eagles and New England Patriots heading into the Super Bowl.
Cappa is looking to be the next Division 2 player to be drafted, and he's certainly attracted the attention of NFL Network analyst Daniel Jeremiah, who has produced arguably the best prospect-related tweet of the pre-draft season.
Here's what Jeremiah had to say after getting through his first film session on Cappa:
Just studied Humboldt State OT Alex Cappa. This is some rated R violence. Holy biscuits. Who pee'd in his Cheerios?

There's really nothing left to be said. Holy biscuits indeed.
