College Football Teams With Highest NFL Draft Pick Rate (Draft Picks Per Win)

LSU won 95 games from 2008-17, the 12th-most wins among college football (FBS) programs over that period. The Tigers, however, had the second-most NFL Draft picks over that period.

Sixty-five LSU players were selected in the NFL Draft from 2009-18, or the 10 drafts that followed each season from 2008-17. Only Alabama (77) had more picks from 2009-18. And since the 2008 college football season, LSU has won 1.46 games for every player drafted, the highest rate among all FBS programs.

Tulsa, meanwhile, had the lowest rate among programs which were active FBS members and had at least one draft pick over that time The Golden Hurricane had 68 wins but only one draft pick (Charles Clay, 2011).
