The 2018 NFL Draft is coming at us quickly now that we have witnessed yet another thrilling national championship. The yearly extravaganza will take place in Arlington, Texas, from Thursday, April 26 to Saturday, April 28 this year.
Over the span of three days, a whole host of former college football stars will find new homes where they will hopefully impress during the offseason and make a living playing on Sundays.
COMPARE: Jordan Whitehead (2017) vs. DeShon Elliott (2017)
This video from DEVO Highlights features Pittsburgh safety Jordan Whitehead. Any NFL team looking for a dynamic safety in this draft could do far worse than going after Whitehead. The junior declared for the draft after a 2017 season where he made 60 tackles, broke up three passes, and had an interception. He also acted as a running back at times for the Panthers, totaling 147 yards and a touchdown on 20 carries
An instinctive safety, Whitehead put up those numbers despite missing the first three games of the season through suspension.
