The FCS will have on-campus Pro Days beginning March 7th with Samford and wrapping April 4 with national runner-up Eastern Washington. With only 14 FCS players invited to the NFL Combine, this is an athlete's big chance to show out in front of NFL scouts.
Central Arkansas, Kennesaw State and North Alabama all held their annual Pro Days, and each school had at least one prospect who may have upped his stock dramatically on Tuesday.

When it comes to Tuesday's big winners, it's undoubtedly Kennesaw State's WR Justin Sumpter and RB Darnell Holland, Central Arkansas RB/WR Cedric Battle and North Alabama FS Chris Johnson. It was a skill-position kind of day for the FCS in terms of Pro Days. All four players turned heads in drill work and undoubtedly improved draft stock after having not been invited to the NFL Combine in Indianapolis.

Here's a school-by-school look:
AT KENNESAW STATE: We've talked about Justin Sumpter for years, and he didn't disappoint — but the biggest winner of the day for KSU was undoubtedly RB Darnell Holland, who ran what would have been the fastest time at the NFL Combine in the 40-yard dash (for RBs) — 4.38 seconds. Then he went 37.5 inches in the vertical and also ran a 7.09 three-cone. All of these marks were clear Top 10 combine marks. Sumpter did top 10 work in the vertical and broad jumps and measured in as a 6-foot-3, 200-pound receiver running in the 4.6s.
He told HERO Sports for a story Monday that he had wanted to drop to the mid 4.5s, but he certainly didn't hurt himself Tuesday. Reports out of Pro Day are that he is meeting with several teams. In fact, he may be having dinner with them as we speak. Also, LB/SS prospect Anthony Gore did well on the bench when compared with safeties and had some other solid marks. AT CENTRAL ARKANSAS: We will release more details when they become available, but Battle ran an unofficial 4.40 in the 40-yard dash and I did see video of it. If he is grouped with running backs, that would be tied for No. 1 for the fastest RBs at the combine. If he's grouped with receivers, it would still be one of the best. We are waiting for more official results. He is gifted at both positions and is a special teams badass, also.
AT NORTH ALABAMA: Johnson ran a 4.42 at the regional combine as a FS/SS prospect, which would also be a Top 10 combine time for safeties. He is one of the FCS quickest risers right now.
