NFL players have been wearing different cleats in practice, pregame warmups and games for years. But recently, the proliferation of flashy pregame cleats has reached new levels.
Because of the league's strict uniform policies, one of the few opportunities for players to go outside the uniform box is during warmups. And that's exactly what Odell Beckham Jr. did before the Giants' home opener against the Saints in Week 2.
