The most shocking upset in the bunch belonged to Howard who completed the biggest point spread upset in college football history when it knocked off UNLV 43-40 despite being a 45-point underdog. The previous biggest point spread upset belonged to Jim Harbaugh and Stanford when it stunned USC as a 41-point underdog in 2007.
