Two SEC teams were eliminated from College Football Playoff contention in Week 10, and only nine teams are still in the picture entering Week 11.
Kentucky and LSU were both eliminated after convincing losses to Georgia and Alabama, respectively, and while a two-loss team will eventually make the playoff, it won't happen with a non-divisional champ. With the Wildcats and Tigers out, the SEC's long-held lead for most contenders is gone. The conference is now tied with the Big 12 and Big Ten with two contenders apiece.
