Justin Fields was the top-ranked dual-threat quarterback (and second-ranked overall recruit) in the 2018 class. Part of a small group of recruits to ever earn a 247Sports Composite score of at least 0.9998, Fields committed to Penn State in December 2016 but flipped to Georgia last fall. He signed with the Bulldogs in December and enrolled early, joining a team that already had a young quarterback who led them within seconds of a national championship in Jake Fromm.
