College football programs got creative in making official scholarship offers to 2018 recruits.
NCAA rules state that programs may not "provide a written offer of athletically related financial aid or indicate in writing to the prospective student-athlete that an athletically related grant-in aid will be offered by the institution" to a high school recruit before Aug. 1 of their senior year."
Though some programs send out a simple letter in a nice folder or envelope, others see it as an opportunity stand out and deliver wild, wacky and downright incredible offer letters.
